    Toyota Industries Engine India (TIEI) is a subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation, Japan (TICO). TICO has global presence with business interests in the areas of Material Handling Equipment, Electronics, Compressor, Textile Machinery and Engines.

    TIEI has been involved in the manufacture of critical transmission parts for the Toyota Group, since the year 2004.TIEI started the new Engine business in March 2016. This state of the art facility is the first Diesel engine plant of Toyota in India and third globally, after Japan & Thailand. In 2022, we started manufacturing TNGA Gasoline and Hybrid Engines. This is the first mass produced Hybrid Engine manufactured in India.

    We currently manufacture High performance and High fuel-efficient Global Diesel engines for the Toyota vehicles in India and Asia Pacific region. Also, the Gasoline and Hybrid Engines manufactured by us power the new range of vehicles in India and overseas.

    At TIEI, we focus towards the manufacture of High Quality, High Reliable products and thereby contribute to the development of a sustainable society and community around us.

    TIEI is engaged in manufacturing the heart of automobiles - the Engine. Spread across 22 acres, the engine manufacturing plant operates with a production capacity of 108000 units/ year.

    We strive to achieve World class Engine manufacturing through three pillars

    1. Good infrastructure - our plants are built to be clean and green with brightness all around and best in class machineries having highestlevel of safety.
    2. Robust processes - our manufacturing processes are built on Toyota production system and ensures Jikotei kanketsu (Quality at source).
    3. Capable people - We continuously enhance people development through extensive on job training not only in TIEI but also in overseas affiliate companies and have people involvement through zen-in-sanka.

    We believe through these three pillars we would be able to maximize value for all our Stakeholders - Our customers, Business partners, Employees, Society at large and Shareholders.
